Payment deadline

In the case of bank transfer or convenience store payment, please transfer the money to the account specified by us within 5 days of the order date.

If your order is over 5 days old, we will cancel your order.

Required fees other than the product price

Domestic shipping fee

If the total amount of your purchase is 8,000 yen (including tax) or more, shipping is free.

If the total amount is less than 8,000 yen (including tax), the shipping fee will be 880 yen (including tax).

However, shipping charges to Hokkaido and Okinawa will be 1650 yen (tax included).

International Shipping

For international shipping, we ship via Japan Post EMS.

The fee depends on the weight of the order and the shipping address.

The shipping fee will be displayed when you enter the shipping address on the payment page.

Payment fees

Please note that you will be responsible for all payment fees for bank transfer, cash on delivery, and convenience store payments.

Sales Tax

Consumption tax is included in the product price (tax included).

Delivery time

Usually within 7 business days after the order is received.

For bank transfers, the product will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to unseasonable weather conditions, shipping company's circumstances, or any other reasons.

If there is a delay, we will notify you by e-mail or other means.

Returns and exchanges

Please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or misplaced due to our fault.

Please note that if the replacement product is sold out, we will refund your money.

If the item has been washed, altered, or used even once.

If the product is stained, smelly, or scratched by the customer.

When the package or outer box of the product has been opened.

If the product is on sale, pre-ordered, or sold on order.

If the product is returned without notification of return or exchange request.


In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons (e.g., differences in size, color, or image).

Although we try to make our products as close as possible to the original, the color and other images may differ slightly depending on the color balance of your computer monitor or browser.

Therefore, we do not accept returns due to image differences.
